Has every curly hair person knows, it takes a really special stylist who knows how to handle curls that you can trust to do your hair. I saw Kristy to do some hair, having never met her before but having full faith that the The universe would connect me to the person who I could trust.A hair turned out amazing. Bloom is an open, airy, modern, bright vibe. The stylists look genuinely happy to be there. I have my color, balayage and cuts done by Amber. She is thorough, up on her education, and professional. Looking for a salon in downtown Vacaville can be overwhelming with options, but I highly recommend Bloom! All around great experience. :)Services: Hair coloring

I booked with Phoebe ❤️❤️ absolutely love her energy and the way she really took care of me! I walked in with a brassy, "blonde" tips/highlights... and she changed my hair to exactly what I wanted. Dark roots, no highlights and a auburn fade into bondde. Amazing. Definitely recommend this place. Decor so welcoming and beautifulServices: Hair coloring
