We did a large scale remodel that expanded our hillside home, redid the entire exterior look of our home including changes to the overall look and feel of the home, significantly expanded a bathroom and redid the interior flooring. First and foremost, Darin and Steve made this experience pleasant. They listened to our ideas and concerns and worked with us every step of the way. There were weekly update meetings with a written agenda that tracked our concerns/questions/punch list, completed items for the week, next payment installment amount/due date and a schedule of what would be happening in the following weeks.

Every detail of construction was meticulous. Darin’s teams were skilled, friendly, pleasant to work with, respectful of our space, and tidy. Since we lived in during our remodel, having a tidy space was important.

The quality of the materials and workmanship is outstanding, and the finished product reflects both exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

There were no unexpected expenses. Darin’s price estimate was higher than other contractors. BUT he came highly recommended to us from 2 sets of very picky friends, and we were reassured that his budgeting was exceedingly thorough and that any cost overages on the project would be because we added scope not because of budgeting oversight or unexpected expenses. We found this to be the case. There was absolutely no nickle and diming and no financial surprises. We did ask for a few extras (such as a whole bathroom remodel) mid-project; an estimate was provided upfront and agreed to before the additional work began.

We couldn’t be happier with how the remodel has not only elevated the aesthetic of our home but also improved its flow and livability. We would work with Darin again in a heartbeat! He is worth every penny from the craftsmanship to the positive experience.“
