Fitzhauer Construction was happy to do a repair, came out quickly and appears to have done a great job, including replacing rotted eaves (need to wait for some rain to be sure, and I'm sure they'll come fix it if there is a problem). “I recently purchased an older home in the city of Lakewood, which had a solatube already installed in the bathroom. It was installed over 20 years ago and had some outdated parts. I reached out to Solatube and they were easily able to identify what product I had installed and what parts I needed to upgrade my Skylight. Short matter of time they mailed the parts I needed to have replaced and I was able to take care of the installation myself very easily. The new skylight parts really make a huge different on the amount of light that enters my bathroom. I love it!“

“This review is overdue. I had my house treated by Solo for both subterranean and drywood termites 10 years ago. At the time, Solo was the only pest control company I spoke with that wasn’t pushing tenting — and based on my research, that was exactly what I wanted.

Since then, we’ve seen no further evidence of subterranean termites, and any new signs of drywood activity have been treated during annual inspections by Steve. Why am I confident these were real cases of new activity? For one thing, after 10 years of working with him, I trust Steve. For another, he always shows me exactly what he’s found and explains whether it is — or isn’t — evidence of termites. He also keeps records and has an excellent memory for previously treated spots, so he avoids false positives.

Finally, this review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning that Steve is a genuinely nice guy and very easy to talk to. Needless to say, I recommend Solo wholeheartedly.“

We had 2 roof layers to remove (the original plus the second roof installed on top of it in the 80's), and we had a lot of termite damaged wood that needed replacement. They team did an excellent job keeping us informed of all the steps and costs. While it took longer than expected, we also had a significantly higher amount of termite damage than we hoped. “There might be hope for everyone having homeowner's insurance cancelation threats because of alleged roof problems. After getting my Liberty Mutual non-renewal letter, Brian from S. County Roofing ((949) 597-0192) did an inspection and wrote a report that my roof was fine, which I emailed Liberty. They kept emailing me back rejecting it saying they were going to cancel me unless I fixed the roof's alleged mildew/moss/etc problems. I was getting ready to sign up with Lemonade insurance or Seaview Insurance (suggested by Paul my great insurance guy 949-366-1080). Suddenly I got a letter saying they reevaluated the situation and weren't going to cancel me. I don't know if this tactic will work for everyone but I wanted to share this. Good luck everyone and thank you S. County roofing for saving the day.“
