My initial experience with this company wasn’t great, as the first crew did not complete the work to my expectations. However, the owner personally contacted me to address the situation. He sent a new team at no additional cost, and they corrected the issues thoroughly. A post-job drone inspection confirmed that all roof tiles are intact and properly secured. While the start was rocky, the owner showed professionalism and stood behind his company’s work. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the process took extra time and effort on my end, but overall I’m satisfied with the final result. Thank you Everardo for making this a better experience. The fact that you took time to reach out shows commitment and accountability.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience with this company. A full drone inspection was conducted in January, at which time I received an estimate. The work was completed in March, but upon reviewing the post-work documentation, I found that the so-called “additional” broken tiles were the same ones shown in the original inspection photos. These tiles were part of the initial estimate and should have been repaired under the first contract. This raises serious concerns about both accuracy and accountability in the service provided.

When I questioned the company about this, no response was given. As a result, my insurance understandably would not cover these “additional” damages. The photos make it clear — how were these issues not addressed from the start?
