new plywood and fascia boards. A complete new solid structure. Our wants and needs changed daily as the roof was being repaired. For example, add this and that, please, and if Rudy can do it, he'll do it. There wasn't anything he and his crew couldn't do. Every add-on has a cost, and you get what you pay for with him. The main thing is that he's an honest person and treats his crew with respect! His crew is trustworthy and like all his other reviews. Yes, they clean up and use blower every day before leaving. “Superior Roofing Systems (SRS) was referred to us by our long-time termite inspection company (which has only referred us to businesses with whom they have had multiple positive experiences). Taylor Jacks of SRS was our point of contact. Taylor provided us with options for how to address our roofing concerns. This enabled us to make a thoughtful decision on which approach to take. With our home being 33 years old and having had one roof leak already, we decided to do a full “Tile Re Lay / Re Set” and replace a large number of fascia boards and replace two skylights. Taylor checked on the roofing crew and with me regularly. Also, a supervisor on his team, Luis Ponce, stopped by multiple times to communicate with the crew and with me. Overall, we think that the roofing job was well done by SRS. In retrospect, we needed to have a better handle upfront on the number of fascia boards needing replacement. As with any wood/carpentry work, the wood is expensive and the cost is extra; so the budget for this job increased significantly. The best thing about SRS is their responsiveness to a customer’s questions and requests. Taylor answered my calls and responded timely to emails and texts. Taylor also made adjustments to the job as needed. In addition, Taylor ensured that Luis could come back to inspect the roof after subsequent painting and gutter installation was done - and Luis replaced four tiles that had gotten broken from that subsequent work with new tiles (at no charge).“

“Luis Mendoza Roofing (LMR) put a new MCA “S” clay tile roof on our two-story house. Anthony had done other reroofs in our neighborhood and nearby. We had the solar panels removed, then LMR striped the roof down to the plywood (even replacing a few failed plywood sheets). Then he applied a peel and stick fireproof underlayment before installing the new tiles. His crew worked hard through some of the hottest summer days. Anthony supplied a porta-potty and some areas were covered for protection while work was being done. Anthony was onsite many times a day. He worked with my solar contractor to get the best installation. The roof passed both the OC sheathing and final inspections. I would recommend Luis Mendoza Roofing.“
