“Quick Summary Review:Flawless and Thankful——————Details:I am not a careless person when it comes to my phone but one day, I noticed the back of my phone was shattered under my phone case. I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max.Although the phone is older, it legitimately withstands the same features as the comparable iPhone 14 Pro Max, and arguably maybe iPhone 13 has more features than the “upgrade”. Regardless, I wasn’t about to purchase a new phone.Instead, I made an appt with the Genius Bar and they said so many contradictory statements that it made no sense in having them fix the back of my phone for $499 when the trade-in value was $0 for my damaged phone or once it was fixed, $375. I don’t know how these phones are appraised but we need some appraisers these days in the consumer market.I walked out of the Apple Store with my broken phone (I have yet to walk out of the Apple Store ever with anything fixed let alone properly handled)… and happened to walk pass the kiosk of Smart Repair.Best decision ever. Hassan (I apologize if I spelled his name wrong) did a phenomenal job. I didn’t expect to him look at the back of my phone in detail but the way he did and analyzed it, it showed undoubtedly the man knew what to do. …when I came to pick it up within 1.5hrs, I honestly didn’t realize nor recognize my phone because I thought it was a brand new phone on the kiosk that happen to look like mine. It was perfection. Art.Paid $150 and had my phone after lunch.Do it.Apple wasted your time already with their “diagnostic tests” and the appointment itself. The technicians aren’t knowledgeable and barely understand the technology or issue behind any thing except cleaning and restarting the phone.All of its staff is there to sell with an outdated iPad and who knows when their software app updates or what it really does …Maybe money is indispensable but you are looking at this review for a reason.I have to come back to this post to show my phone to believe it“

“Riddle was great. They responded quickly, Alice called ahead of every appointment to tell me when they were coming, the window for the appointed was only two hours, and they came on time. Once the part was ordered and received, Dave fixed it in 30 minutes. However....We have a Lowes Appliance warranty. When the icemaker quit working on our three year old Whirlpool refrigerator, I called Lowes. They initially assigned another service company to do the repair. The service company they contract with never called and did not show up for the appointment, I waited all day. When I checked for reviews about Lowes service contractor, I found the reviews were terrible. I called Lowes to complain and they said they would reschedule the same contractor. I said "no thank you" and requested a different service company. Then Lowes suggested Riddle and admitted that it had a much better service record. Then why didn't Lowes recommend Riddle in the first place? All in all, It took 6 weeks to get it repaired. In the meantime Lowes never called or followed up to see how it was going. The delay was NOT Riddle's fault. The service from Riddle was excellent and I will call them in the future for any of my appliance repairs.“
