Quick Summary Review:Flawless and Thankful——————Details:I am not a careless person when it comes to my phone but one day, I noticed the back of my phone was shattered under my phone case. I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max.Although the phone is older, it legitimately withstands the same features as the comparable iPhone 14 Pro Max, and arguably maybe iPhone 13 has more features than the “upgrade”. I was in a bind and needed my iPhone fixed fast. The battery needed replacement. My phone was shutting off randomly but would stay on when plugged in. I was able to do a backup to my laptop and it was fine. I tried to go to Apple Store but they spent time to do phone diagnostics and all I wanted was a new battery. After all the hoopla, they said my phone battery replacement would be available for pickup almost 4 hours later. To make matters worse, now my phone was overheating and shutting off and not staying on even though it was plugged in. It was in worse condition than when I initially brought it to Apple Store. Dropped my iPad and the screen was cracked. Thought I'd have to replace it but I fortunately found Ali through the yelp website as he gave me an excellent quote and said he could get the screen replaced quickly. I made an appt for the next morning when they opened up and it was fixed and I was very happy with the work and diligence in getting it repaired. I highly recommend using them.
