I made a last minute appointment for a cracked screen repair for my cell phone. I was fortunate enough to have Phoenix squeeze me in and have my phone's screen fixed and looking new at the promised time on the same day. He was very friendly and helpful.
Phoenix is the man when it comes to advice and repair on iPhone screens. Fixed in less than 20 minutes and still provided excellent customer service to others. Appreciate the effort and hope I won’t be back. But I will come back here if I screw up my phone again.
Phoenix was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and completed the transfer from a very old phone of all my pictures to my newer phone which my cell phone company could not do. I am so greatful! He also discussed building a PC for my grandaughter and possibly me buying a refurbished affordable laptop. I have already recommended this CPR to two of my relatives.
