“I have been in the concrete construction business for 46 years and the wear and tear has caught up to me with lower back compression causing pinched nerves and sciatica. Doing other chiropractic visits, pain meds and injections to temporarily reduce the pain. As I browsed the internet looking for a chiropractor with a decompression machine I came upon Turlock Family Chiropractic and decided to give them a try and made a consultation appointment. When I walked into the office and saw Dr Jones, I asked him if he could help me, his answer made me feel like I have come to the right place. After getting x-rays he reviewed them and said I had chronic compression of the lower back so we decided to do decompression therapy three times a week for eight weeks and gave me stretching exercises to do. I was feeling better and better as as the weeks passed till one day I overdid some yard work because I was feeling so good. I aggravated my back and the pain came back, I was so disappointed at myself for what I did. I continued with the therapy for another week and decided to stop and go see a doctor for pain management. My appointment was a month in waiting as I continued to do the stretching exercises Dr Jones had given me. I continued to get better and ended up canceling my pain management appointment and today I am pain free. I just needed to heal. I want to thank Dr Jones and his staff for the care they gave me, I am forever grateful. I know where to go if I ever need help again.“
