The care and the compassion of the staff was excellent. Doctor’s patience and listening skills, And responsiveness were noticeable therefore I was at ease .my questions were answered properly and discussed prior to treatment. I have been experiencing pain in my upper back, shoulders and neck for about a year with very limited mobility in my neck and unable to raise my arms over my shoulders. I’m very thankful and appreciative of helping me feel better by providing excellent Chiropractic care including adjustment of my cervical spine, helpful neck and back exercises and advice on how to stretch problem areas.the equipments were also part of the healing process . Bottom line is Dr Malik Chiropractic clinic often care for people who are in pain. Ive been a radiology technologist for over 35 years and took care of many patients during this length of time. My Injuries were work related but unfortunately dealing with worker’s compensation insurance companies are definitely very frustrating and denied treatments is first thing they have under their sleeves. Therefore is better to be treated by a doctor that you can trust and follow up with him/her at their advice. I choose to see Doctor Malik for his qualifications in my opinion.
Dr. Malek is fantastic, the team is amazing and the location is pleasant. As soon as I started I found Dr. Malek was very accommodating to whatever needs I had. Anything from insurance & finances to scheduling to just explaining how the treatment works. The building is amazing and they have several kinds of pretreatment amenities (even a movie in the waiting room for the family!) Lovely place.
