I never slowed down doing running, hiking, MTB biking, dirt biking till my knee was bone on bone with much scar tissue. I could not get my knee to bend after my my knee replacement and it was very stiff after 3 months. Ellora and Emma got my knee bending within a couple of weeks and now it is fully functional. It has been 9 months since my operation and it is still getting better all because of PPC. They are the best.“
