Great training by Ralph! Last year, we adopted a rescued dog, he had a very rough puppyhood; he was chained and caged most of the time. At the beginning he was very aggressive and insecure, he does not get along with most humans and dogs. We send him to Zoom 2 Groom for socialization training by Ralph and the result is wonderful. Prior to meeting Ralph, we were told by more than one trainer that our dog might not be able to socialize with strangers and other dogs period. Zoom 2 Groom dog trainer, Ralph, worked with my mom's 5-year-old dog for two weeks. Due to the COVID pandemic and three years of not being out and about, he lacked social skills around other dogs and people. He exhibited aggression due to his fear and we were concerned by his behavior. My parents decided to have training completed at Zoom 2 Groom. Now, after the training, he can now calmly walk and share the sidewalk with other people and dogs. It is a big improvement. Due to this training, we can now proceed to introduce him to new environments, people, and go to dog parks. Ralph and Nuria are warm and caring. Highly recommend their services.

We had a wonderful first time at Zoom 2 Groom today! We have a Golden Retriever and a Shepherd mix and they received fantastic haircuts and star service! Zoom 2 Groom was super accommodating squeezing us in at the last minute. We left our "fur babies" in good hands and felt so comfortable that they were given the best care. We were shocked how fast they finished the two dogs on a busy day! Faster than grooming our 1 dog at previous places. We loved getting a text that they were ready to be picked up. At pick up they told us how each pup did. Flagging anything to look out for and wanted us to check back in with any questions/concerns. Our pups came home happy looking great!...read full review
