I was lifting on my own for a few months but due to improper form while using my Tonal I caused injury to my wrists. I was told I could no longer lift and needed surgery. I received physical therapy instead and started feeling a little better. I wanted to lift again so I initially reached out to Julius to help with form correction and he has educated me on proper form and has came up with creative ways to do a particular exercise so I would not worsen my condition or reinjure myself any further. I have known Julius for about 10 years and have worked out with him 1 on 1 and in a group setting. I recently had a baby and just started to go back to the gym. Even though I'm in Stockton now and don't travel to Tracy to workout with him, I’ve still been able to use all my past knowledge and experience. I have the confidence to do it on my own. I know how to workout and how to push myself but not too hard. I'm not simply trying to lose weight but getting stronger and feeling better. Working out with Julius has been one of the best investments I’ve ever done for myself.

"Fitness", with the encouragement to do better and room for questions if you need help elevating yourself for the better!! The owner and facility are outstanding! The classes provided are terrific for out of the box training! You will always be challenged and have muscles you didn't think of moving and gaining strength! You've got your standard equipment with the addition of Tonal machines, which can help with a variety of training with excellent monitoring. I recommend this place for its cleanliness and expertise the trainers can offer. i've only gained knowledge and muscles, while losing weight!!
