The employee Nolebelle went above and beyond to ensure that my glasses were fixed on the spot. She reached out to the insurance company personally and made sure to check that my frames were under warranty. I expected to spend $100+ and they were free. Nolebelle’s customer service skills were above and beyond and I will continue to give the Wal Mart Tracy Vision Center my business.“
