“While I was back in northern california from collage during the winter break, I needed to find somewhere to get new glasses and quick before school started again. I worried that with all the festivities of the winter season, I would struggle to find somewhere in the midst of it all. I eventually came across IMAGINE Optometry from a mutual recommendation. Going in, I was in a bit of a rush and had another appointment that I needed to get to afterwards. Perfect for me, the service was both thorough and fast. They let me try on numerous pairs of glasses and helped me choose one the fit me best. Being some who's sense of fashion is beyond nonexistent their advice was just what I needed. Another thing that stood out to me when I went was their dedication to cleanliness, they sanitized every single pair of glasses that I tried on. Considering it was the first time, buying glasses on my own, I was relieved to find out that the receptionist was very kind and easy to talk to. They answered all my question (even the dumb ones) in a way that made me feel comfortable making a purchase. All that in just around 20 minutes and I was able to make it to my next appointment on time. Overall great experience!“
“I live in Castro Valley. My family and I have been coming her since 2015. They have gone through several different stages. In sum it's been an overall good experience. It's unfortunate that they are understaffed. So it does get busy, but the Eye Dr; Diana, is fast and very courteous. We are long time regulars so we get discounts and a percent taken off the total charge. We will continue to come here as long as the staff continues to give professional attitude. Thank you!!“
