Thank you Dorothy for adjusting my new glasses and getting it right the first time! I really appreciate it! You saw what nobody else there saw, that my new glasses were crooked. Thank you for fixing them! Now I'm not self conscious anymore! You have such a nice and sweet attitude and I appreciate you helping me so much! This is my first time using Walmart’s vision center and I’ll just say, I was blown away by the fantastic customer service! The optometrists at this location were so understanding and helped me pick and choose lenses that worked for my particular situation (I can be a bit picky with my lenses!). Overall, I’m so happy I decided to try Walmart for glasses. The Tracy location has some outstanding and kind customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

Great service at this vision center at Tracy Walmart. I was in a real bad situation, where I had purchased contacts elsewhere, and for some reason they gave me some expired Contacts didn’t realize until my eyes turned red. I called my VSP insurance and they were able to override and allow me some new contacts. VSP had informed me that the new place ( Tracy Walmart) had to call to override my prescription, anyways Dorothy from this Walmart in vision Center. Took the time to call and fix everything for me. Thank you very much Dorothy! much appreciate it. I would recommend this place to everyone.
