“I have had a lot of experience with home repairs and have been ripped off and lied to several times!! I was in desperate need to have my the Stucco on my house repaired. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Francis. He responded like he said, and I was running a little late and he had no problem waiting for me. As he expected the condition of my stucco which was really bad he was honest. He told from the beginning that although he wasn't the cheapest price wise, he also wasn't the most expensive but that the quality materials and service was the best. Francis was very personable and I did feel like he was trying to get over on me , like a lot of construction companies. So I decided to give it a go. We scheduled the appointment to get started. His crew showed up when they were suppose to and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I had certain request for the trim and windows and he took care of it. There was a slight delay with materials/ paint but he let me know and it wasn't a big deal. I was VERY PLEASED with the communication, quality of materials and the quality of the work. They did such a great job that I signed him up to replace my roof, which I love! Again they showed up when they said and did a great job. when the job was done, we did a last inspection and if I had any issues he made sure it was fixed! He wanted me to be completely happy with the work and I was! I love the way my house looks, all my neighbors are asking who did the work and Im sure they will reach out to Titan as well.
