However, another customer had a different experience with GreenLiving's roofing service. The initial roofing contractors hired by GreenLiving were thought to be doing a sloppy patch and fix job. The customer's nephew noticed this and caught onto them. The next day, the contractors had to be fired and a new outsourced roof contractor was requested to assess the damages and start the repairs again. The second contractors were better in communicating and understanding the customer's contract and requests. The office personnel and the sales guy were always reachable during the job. From start to finish, the job was completed in 2 1/2 weeks. The second crew cleaned up their work area every day and reported to the customer about the next day's plan and arrival time. However, the customer was not happy with the lack of response from GreenLiving after the job was completed. The customer left multiple voice messages and emails, but received no response.     We are happy with the brick facing and painting!, they worked within or schedule, they were very communicative throughout the proces . The outside of our home is updated and gorgeous!!

    GreenLiving did my roof back in September 2022. The job started out rough when the hired out sourced roofing contractors thought they were going to do a sloppy patch and fix, until my nephew caught onto them knowing exactly what was to be done. When they came back the next day to fix and finish their sloppy job, we had to fire them and request a NEW outsourced roof contractor to come access the damages and start all over again. Thankfully the first contractors hadn't got very far in repairs. The second contractors were much better in communicating and really understanding to our contract and requests. The office personnel and my sales guy were always within reach most all of the time. From start to finish, the job was completed in 2 1/2 weeks. The second crew really cleaned up their work area every day and reported to me about what was to take place the next day and their arrival time. Can't complain about that. I will complain about them not responding to emails and phone calls AFTER the job is completed. 6 months later and I've had one question to which I've left 5 voice messages at 2 different numbers and 3 emails, 1 thru their website hoping they'd would answer with NO luck. Just a simple courteous response for good customer service is ALL I ASK!! So Very Rude.
