I called the shop they gave me Tony’s number I texted him and he called and was very thorough and straight forward of what his process is. He was very professional. “Hand down best experience getting pierced. Dom is super thorough, and her expertise is apparent through your conversation with her. The vibe is immaculate and her energy is so pure. I had a double frontal helix and my tragus pierced and I'm surprised at how little pain i felt being pierced and little to none after. I'm about 3 weeks post piercing and they are healing beautifully. I will be returning for more piercings with her. I also love her jewelry selection. “honestly... the best place to get a tattoo. there are so many places to get tattoos now-a-days but when you get work done here... you become family.“

“So, I went in to do a bit of self care: got a 3rd set of piercings (I May get a 4th set, as I've still got space for them on my lobes); figured the ear care solution I had from a previous set I got was, probably, old, so I bought a new one. The one who pierced my ears was great; absolutely No complaints about her...I would like for her to do my 4th set, eventually.

But I'm a bit confused: I came by a week later (I wanted to do a check-in over the progress of my piercings, wanted to know how long I should wait to change the earrings, & when I could get another set). I don't remember the gentleman's name, but -in addition to the follow-up, I'd Also wanted to get some information about the solutions; so I brought in the 2 that I have: my older one & the one I bought at this shop. It was suggested that I avoid using the older one (white bottle) because it has benzalkonium chloride and that it could cause irritation; to not use it directly on my ears, but that it should be fine for cleaning my earrings. That's fine; I don't mind that...thing is, the new ear care solution (green box) Also has that ingredient. So, is it Not a concern in the new bottle? Is the issue the, maybe, higher concentration of benzalkonium chloride in the white bottle vs the [maybe] diluted form in the new one?“
