Amazing! Rock has really mastered the art. He did an amazing portrait of my brother years ago and we were blown away. So when I decided to get one of my mother I knew I was going back to him. In the 10 or so years since he did my bro on my back he has only gotten better and better. Thanks so much Rock! Now I need to decide who the next portrait will be. Unfortunately I've got a few to chose from. God bless! Be kind! Be safe!

I had a sternum tattoo done at a different shop that I despised. I spent months looking for an artist to do a coverup. I found Luis on instagram (gratefulartist), and decided to book a consultation. He helped me figure out my best options for a coverup, as well as the placement because that was off too. Luis made me feel very comfortable. The tattoo is better than I ever imagined. I hated looking at my old tattoo and now I'm in love. I loved it so much that I made another appointment to touch up all my old tattoos with him. I would recommend Luis to anyone looking for a cover up or a new tattoo.

Rock is an AMAZING Artist! He answered all of my questions, is always very patient with my indecisiveness, and I always recommend him to others. Rock has a light hand and is very quick. The shop itself is very clean and sterile. All of the other Artists there make everyone feel welcome and they're very knowledgeable. SOTHBAY TATTOO IS THE BEST!!!
