“I had a good experience at East West Eye Institute .Front desk workers were welcoming. Acknowledg patients in a timely matter. Seats in the waiting area are comfortable. Rest rooms are very clean. Assistants escort the patient to the medical examination rooms.My Doctor spent time explaining my current condition and told me how we would handle it. She did not rush and answered my questions..

“I could get emotional writing this review . I am a patient living with lupus and Sjogren disease, and I woke up one day with debilitating eye pain that completely changed my life. For an entire year, I went from doctor to doctor searching for answers because the pain was so severe that there were days I could barely get out of bed.

“I wish I could give I Vision 1,000 5 Star reviews so people would know how pleased many are when they walk in their doors. I can’t recommend them enough, truly. It was a really stressful experience finding a glasses brand that would work for my young daughter, and when I settled on tomato glasses, no one seemed to have them around the area. But I Vision did!

EVERY TIME we’ve been in, the staff has been so kind, clear, and efficient. When I’ve talked with them on the phone or in person, they always treat me like I’m a very valued customer (and person in general). It is so refreshing. Akihiro helped us with my daughter’s fitting. He was playful with her, gentle with us both, and very clear regarding our insurance (which feels super uncommon with medical places nearby). He respected our time and appreciated our business. And he/the team didn’t charge for some minor services - they just do them as a courtesy for their guests.
