I absolutely love the care and treatment by staff physicians at acuity!!. My only concern is the wait time as it exceeds an hour sometimes. Many patients are seniors and have mobility and other health issues that makes it difficult for us to wait in a crowded office for so long.
The staff was very concern for my comfort; each staff person was professional and courteous. The wait time to be seen was very brief.
Both the Doctor and assistant as well as the staff at the desk were all very professional and very nice.
