“I walked in for glasses repair on 10/4/2026 and I was attended by Kimberly. I just wanted to give Kimberly her flowers as my glasses were not able to be repaired, but she did offer to replace my frames if she could find some that fit my lenses. She could have just left it at that but she went out of her way to make sure I had some frames to support my lenses. I was able to walk out of there still being able to see.
