I had a good experience at East West Eye Institute .Front desk workers were welcoming. Acknowledg patients in a timely matter. Seats in the waiting area are comfortable. Rest rooms are very clean. Assistants escort the patient to the medical examination rooms.My Doctor spent time explaining my current condition and told me how we would handle it. She did not rush and answered my questions..

Front office staff needs to more patient friendly. They treated us like meat on a conveyor belt. Waiting area lacked seating and not up to standard with other doctor offices. Dr.Sato was the only professional person there. Staff needs higher standards.
My entire experience was GREAT!!!! I want to give a shout out to the whole group especially Selena she is extremely professional, polite, patient etc…she represents well as the front of the line person!!!
