First time at this office after going to the DTLA office for decades. The office is in a nice medical complex and was easy to find with a street level entrance. Staff was knowledgeable and my information had been transferred to this office from DTLA. Had a not so great diagnosis but was happy that my problem was found by Doctor Katow who referred me to a specialist. Overall always a great experience with this ophthalmologist group!

Although this office is very busy with several doctors and a "not so on it" office staff. I only saw one doctor - Dr. Morone at the East West Eye Institute. Both of my tear GLANDS had dropped from under my eye bone to my eye lids - causing large bumps on my upper lids. Dr. Morone surgically replaced them under the eye bone and at the same time did a awesome Blepharoplasty on my upper lids. I can't say enough about how great & professional this doctor is!! I would definitely recommend him - I consulted two other eye doctors before finding him and they both were unfamiliar with my condition. He's very experienced and tells you what he's doing while you are under a local -lidocaine and a zanax. Great experience!

Great service. Kaitlin was extremely patient and worked with me to get my new glasses just the way I wanted them. She understood what my insurance carrier would co-pay, and what features I needed, and together, we crafted custom eye wear. I loved it!
