Jenny is a perfectionist manicurist. Her hands are very light and moves with precision when she cleans and paint my nails. Diane is the same way and she's great in doing pedicure. Both ladies are focused on task at hand and doesn't talk much which I prefer. Perfect manicure and pedicure all the time! ???

The management at Impressions handled a potentially sticky situation with professionalism and integrity. My mom lost her wedding ring and thought she had left it at the nail salon. She had already made a call to the salon and they said they didn't see it. Still not finding it after nearly a week, and to leave no stone unturned, I went with her in person to the salon to ask again if anyone had seen it. A manager dropped what she was doing and gave my mom her full attention. She asked about the ring and showed us the lost and found. This place "impresses" me every time. I've been to a few different manicurists here and each one has been so delicate but thorough. Very clean studio and staff is nice. Even when they had services outside, it was an enjoyable experience. This is 100% my new spot. And Ashley is great for those looking for designs and acrylics!
