“I am a retired dentist, so I am certainly qualified to evaluate Dr Wheeler, his office staff, and the hygienist I see in his office. He has always been on time which I very much appreciate. Kelly the hygienist I see in his office is very thorough and at the same time she is gentle. I have not needed any dental restorative work from Dr Wheeler myself, but my wife who is also a patient in Dr Wheeler's office did. A root canal that was done by an endodontist over a 40 years ago failed and she required an implant. Dr Wheeler restored the implant with a beautiful crown. “I first discovered OrthoDontics of Torrance when my daughter looked up Yelp reviews for my mom, who had an emergency. From the very first visit, not only was my mother extremely comfortable but also grateful, but so am I. I have extremely bad anxiety, and now I have been in 5 times. Right from the beginning, it's about, "What do you really need, and how can we truly help with getting you the services you really need?" Everyone at that office is absolutely amazing. It's very clean. Everyone is professional, respectful, and understanding. Dr Faungor is fast, has no nonsense, amazing hands, and is just an overall amazing doctor. Marcie, Victoria, and Anette are Amazing !!! Marcie especially always goes beyond the extra mile for everyone. Thank you, Marcie! He talked to me while he cleaned my teeth about his new puppy and well I enjoyed the convo, and it also shifted my focus from the dental anxiety I was suffering from. My teeth feel super clean! Thank you Rafael!!!!Dr.B is the best. Front desk needs to work on being a bit more welcoming and approachable.The wait time was the worst ever, but.....I wouldn't go anywhere else so I dealt with it .“
