“From the moment I walked into New Image Dental, I immediately felt welcomed, comfortable and at ease. Joanne, who assisted me at the front desk with my intake, was absolutely wonderful. She has the warmest, happiest, most bubbly personality.
Her energy immediately made me feel welcome, and that matters so much when you're walking into a dental office and may already be feeling a little nervous. There was another young woman at the front desk whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, and she was equally kind, professional and welcoming. Then I met Dr. Joel Caraballo, and I immediately felt comfortable with him. Dr. Caraballo listened.

He allowed me to explain my concerns and some of my previous dental history without making me feel rushed or dismissed. He conducted a thorough examination, including X-rays, and took the time to explain what he was seeing and what he recommended moving forward.
I was specifically looking for a dentist with an excellent bedside manner- someone compassionate, knowledgeable and honest who would listen to me, tell me the truth about my dental health and recommend additional care when it was genuinely necessary. I felt that I found exactly that in Dr. Caraballo. He made recommendations regarding my care, explained why he was making them, and I felt comfortable moving forward with his recommendations. I trust his professional judgment, and for me, developing that level of trust with a dentist is extremely important.
The dental assistant who worked with me was also incredibly kind, gentle and professional. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she listened to some of my history as well and treated me with genuine compassion. I also love the message New Image Dental shares about caring for people who may be fearful or apprehensive about going to the dentist. The facility is modern with great technology. It's a beautiful place.
