!0 out of 10. I've never had to wait more that a couple minutes in the waiting room. Everyone is friendly and efficient. They work with you and your insurance situation. I cannot imagine getting better care. I'd recommend them both and the hygienists whole heartedly and without any reservations.
Dentists are far from my favorite places to visit but Dr. Yamashiro and his office staff always make everything very pleasant. He is very honest, doesn't try to get you to do procedures that really aren't necessary, and is very caring. I can get anxious in doctor appts but he is always on top of it and I walk out feeling great.
Honestly, with no exaggeration, I had the best experience in my whole life in Dr. Yamashiro's office. Their punctuality, high standard cleanliness, diagnosis and patient reception is something you can never forget. Highly recommended!
