Spoke to Dr Gutierrez regarding my situation. The entire staff including Dr Gutierrez was very apologetic. He offered to compensate me for this mishap, which was very thoughtful of him to do so. His staff is VERY nice and always available to talk about issues if I have any.The doctor understands what it's like being a patient and how being in "THE CHAIR" can cause stress, so he's very good at communicating and doing an amazing job.NEVER had pain or felt uncomfortable in his chair.Food channel on the t.v. makes me hungry, however, that's the ONLY problem. lol I leave and I want goodies.
