I draw inspiration from them on what I want for my business. Essentially, I want a place with incredibly competent and nice people who love working with each other. There people are here for their lifetimes. There is no reason for any of their employees to go work anywhere else because it’s the best environment ever.
A place this good and a place this inspiring shouldn’t exist. I don’t know how they can continue to do what they do every day. But I love them and I look forward to being around them.
