I've never been stared at longer and harder without someone blinking or looking away than I was this morning while getting my toes done. Honestly it was a horrific experience. Needless to say I won't be back here.

Unfortunately, I had almost the same identical experience as Kate did. The lady doing my nails tried to sell me at least 4 upgrades and each time I declined, I am pretty sure she talked negatively about me to her coworkers, as she rolled her eyes each time, shaking her head. My pedicure literally took her 15 minutes with the worse polish job ever, dried clear polish all around, big toe so bumpy and wavy due to not correcting something that she got on it but just applied more polish and my skin looks totally dried out today. I came to this salon for a pedicure and I will never ever return. The staff are incredibly rude and the service I received was horrible. I felt rushed and treated like an inconvenience. The paint job was horrible and is streaky... & they overcharged me big time. I knew this salon struggled in the past but all the reviews were from a couple years ago and I figured I would give them another shot. Also, when I walked in there were 3 employees sitting on their phones. The one that ended up doing my pedicure did not wash her hands one time before or while working on my toes and did not use gloves.
