Sears is the Worst !!!.
They serviced my refrig.at least 10 times and they still did not fix
I have the same problem 6 months later!!!.
I would never recommend them to even open a Jar.
I have a Kenmore gas dryer that is 38 years old. Hired another company to check out the problem it was having, however, the dryer was still operable. The Technician stopped it from working altogether stating that it had run its course. I said, it was working just yesterday. Decided to call Sears Home Repair as one last shot to see if they could fix it and they did. The dryer is working just fine again. Kenmore was known to make the best appliances you could buy, and this dryer never stopped working after 38 years of services every single week, until the one non-Sears repair guy made a mistake and broke it.I am very pleased and happy with the service I received from Sears....read full review
Tech was very good but they are very expensive. The part cost 25.00 and the labor charge was 325.00. The entire service only took 1.5 hours. Seems a bit high for only 1.5 hours. I would shop around.Service: Washer/dryer repair
