I have a 5-star January 2016 review of Helen's old location Spa Serene (now closed) and my opinions haven't changed. A New Day Spa is owner Helen's original location and thank god I found her! I'm a long time customer, been seeing Helen exclusively for 7 years+ as my facial aesthetician. Skin care continues to be important to me and she still is the best for facials. Helen has always been incredibly kind and friendly to me and anyone else I refer. I'll never forget that she got me a cake for my birthday, which was so sweet of her! I have been going to Helen for 14 years, and my daughter just had her first facial by Helen. As a new teenager she is experiencing some breakouts; and a good ole cleaning, plus, steam & extractions really helped my daughter. Thank you, and see you soon!

Helen did a lash lift for me and I'm impressed. She was easy to make an appointment with: called her Tuesday and got in on Thursday. She is professional, affordable, and really sweet. My friend recommended her and I'm so happy she shared! Her shop is also very cute and well put together. I do wish she offered lash tinting services in addition to the lash lift. I'd go to her again!
