“Precision Painting began our HOA painting project in December 2025 and completed in August 2026. We received weekly progress reports from Jeff, the Project Manager, which helped in keeping the board informed. Ivan, the foreman, who was on site majority of the time, was very courteous and attentive. Both Jeff and Ivan were accommodating when any issues arised during this project. I appreciated their professionalism and the quality of work they provided.”
“We had new flooring installed by Rabin, and we’re very pleased with how it turned out. The work was done neatly, and the floors have made the space look much fresher.”
