Precision Painting began our HOA painting project in December 2025 and completed in August 2026. We received weekly progress reports from Jeff, the Project Manager, which helped in keeping the board informed. Ivan, the foreman, who was on site majority of the time, was very courteous and attentive. Both Jeff and Ivan were accommodating when any issues arised during this project. I appreciated their professionalism and the quality of work they provided.

As a community manager, I had an excellent experience working with Precision Construction & Painting on a community-wide paint project. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Their pricing was competitive and reasonable, communication with both management and residents was consistent and clear, and the project was completed efficiently and on schedule. Special thank you to Bryan Norton, Jared Knight, Alex Grajeda and the whole Precision Painting team. Highly recommend Precision for any large-scale or residential painting needs!
Chris and his team did an exceptional job painting my home. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they were a pleasure to work with—professional, communicative, and organized. They provided a thorough project review and a detailed, transparent estimate up front, with clear and very competitive pricing. The work was completed exactly on schedule, and the results are fantastic—I couldn’t be happier. They even replaced a large rotted beam along the way, handling it quickly and for a very fair price. I highly recommend Chris and his crew to anyone looking for top-quality workmanship and a seamless experience.
