Apparently, I had a bulging disc at the top of my lumbar, probably a few months ago, and it has healed. It still has a little more healing, but it pulled itself back into my spinal column and it looks better. I didn’t even know I had this. I just know I had a lot of pain there. Simon was able to Encourage my system to heal. I will admit it’s a little uncomfortable, but compared to spinal surgery there’s no comparison.”
