Although my English is limited, they were very patient and friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel respected and cared for. I had a free prenatal checkup and received my pregnancy certificate the same day, which was incredibly helpful. They also took the time to share a lot of options and information with me, including early pregnancy precautions, insurance applications, and WIC, which helped ease my anxiety.

“Had to come here for a worker’s comp incident and WOW I was impressed by the service here! I was checked in fast which can be very uncommon as a walk-in esp when there’s a lot of other patients waiting. The staff really comes above and beyond to take care of you; the receptionist offered water for my coughing, the med assistants kept making sure I was ok bc I don’t do well with bloodwork and they were very empathetic..and Dr. Russell was very caring and extremely thorough with explaining and checking out my injury. Normally I am used to waiting for hours and feeling rushed at these type of health centers but the service here was so professional and warm thank you!!“

“I got very good service during my visit on 8/30/2025. The staff lady (I don't her name) is very good to work with everything. It also shows that she has a high level of professionalism. During night I had three times to go to restroom, I got her very careful and very patient care until I go back to room for sleep again every times. Please give this lady thank her again!
