“Grace Family Care is awesome, and they have multiple locations, Murrieta, Menifee and Temecula that I’m aware of. I do prefer the Murrieta location because it’s more convenient. However if you go to temecula, it’s tricky to find, you have to go to suite 102B which is also the Temecula Urology Clinic. I always request to see Tiffiny Kauffman because she is Amazing, she takes her time to understand any health concerns I have, she shows genuine interest for my health and orders any tests/specialist referrals I may need. Her bedside manner comes naturally she is kind and listens. I would highly recommend Grace Family Health.“

“Words cannot express how grateful I am to have Dr. Ruiz in our life! My son has been her patient for 2 years; and in that time frame he’s experienced tremendous healing.

He was diagnosed with Autism at 2.5 years old presenting with many moderate to severe symptoms such as poor sleep accompanied by night terrors, severe food allergies, hives, eczema, sensory processing disorder, delayed speech and fine motor development, and behavioral challenges.

He was making some progress with the typical prescribed speech, occupational and ABA therapy. However, I felt like there was more and we were missing something. After a few months of searching for alternatives to traditional autism therapies, I discovered Dr. Ruiz’s website and knew I had to make an appointment.

The intake process is thorough and necessary. Her office manager Paul responds in a timely manner and is helpful with completing the paperwork. Her office is unlike a traditional pediatrician’s office as it’s located in a serene wellness center. Upon entering the lobby, you’re welcome with a cozy couch, comforting aroma therapy and a fountain enveloped by a warm, tropical mural. It’s as if the office welcomes you with a hug.

My son was fearful of any clinic or doctor until we met Dr. Ruiz. Upon meeting her for the first time, she welcomed us with the warmest smile and presence. As she opened her arms to greet my son, he willingly went to hug her. It was the first time I’d seen him calm around a doctor. Her office is comfortable, cozy and has the perfect little play area for your kids.

Dr. Ruiz spends countless hours preparing for your appointment and it is evident in her care, knowledge and practice. She is thorough, thoughtful and intentional when treating my son leaving no stone unturned. She draws on years of diverse medical experience and alternative modalities to help get to the root cause of my son’s symptoms. She is fully present, listens to your concerns, equips you with knowledge and practical advice. She fully respects your decisions and will exhaust her resources to help you.

Many of his symptoms were the result of mold toxicity, parasites and nutritional deficiencies. After addressing these issues, most of his symptoms decreased and/or improved. My son hasn’t had a hives breakout in a year, he went from non-verbal to fully speaking, he sleeps through the night with zero night terror episodes, and is better able to self-regulate. The biggest improvement I’ve seen is that my son is more present. Presence gives him the opportunity to interact with his environment and therefore learn and communicate. He is 5 years old, and it feels like we met our son for the first time.

Dr. Ruiz not only helped my son, she has also given me the tools to help advocate for my son’s wellness. I am well informed and a better mother because of her. When you have the knowledge and resources, you are able to navigate difficult and unknown situations.

If I can offer one piece of advice to any parent, it is to come with all your concerns, questions and an open mind. The human body takes time to heal, but when done consistently with full commitment, you will see results.

We are forever grateful for Dr. Ruiz!“

“2024 Update; After two years I’ve seen a complete turn around. I have no idea what happened but they’re amazing now. Glad I stuck it out.2022:I’d give them a negative if I could. Absolutely horrible attitudes. Never truly care about the patient. Some of the doctors here are great but the nursing staff leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid this location unless you want someone to have an arrogant attitude with you every time you’re forced to speak with them. They act like they are doing you a favor by doing the bare minimum their job entails. Sad. Many of their employees have no business being in the healthcare industry.“
