His team scraped and power-washed the old surface, repaired the gutter areas and flashing, and properly prepared the entire roof. They then applied a high-quality silicone system, including a primer and a top-quality ASC Glossy White Cool Roof, Title 24-compliant silicone topcoat.
The difference has been incredible. The warehouse is noticeably cooler and much more comfortable. Before the work was done, the AC would run all day and could never reach 78 degrees. Now, the warehouse reaches 78 degrees and the AC actually shuts off, so I am already seeing energy savings.
The crew was fast, professional, and did an excellent job. The entire project was completed in less than five days, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work they provided.

Residential solar is a competitive marketplace and AAS was prompt, professional and transparent. Nicolas in sales was very responsive and easy to work with - answered pretty much all questions we had.
Lorena from project management provided timely updates. When it came to actual scheduling and installation Adam & team were right on the money. From signing the contract to permit to installation it took about 3 weeks. Another week for inspection & then PTO was quick too. Installation crew arrived before scheduled time, installed in few hours, and cleaned up everything. Eduardo was spot on with final inspection - the city inspector told me that this was the first inspection that passed on first attempt. So kudos for doing great job without any corrections. Adam was just a phone call away with any questions and he updated regularly during the entire process.

“We just had Citadel do an installation of an Enphase Battery, to go with the Solar installation they had done earlier. The process was very well organized and thorough.
We had Liam Smith walk us through our battery options, and help figure out what would work for us. And then we had Ashley Jensen coordinating the dates for the site visits, inspections, installations, and approvals. After some testing, it looks like we're in shape to handle blackouts and brownouts in the summer coming.
I really must call out how thorough and professional the crew has been in the process, especially Ashley. We were kept apprised of the schedules, including lead times for inspections. At one point, after the initial installation, one of our circuits would not come on. Ashley saw to it that the techs were available to help troubleshoot, and fix the problem promptly.
I would work with Citadel again in the future, for any system expansions we might consider.“
