Service was fast, they answered all my questions regarding my dog's medications, and most importantly they took the time to make sure my very nervous dog was comfortable with the staff before they started treatment.
I’ve been going to the location inside pet food express in Long Beach and I am so sad they’re closing! They should stay open ! Everybody is so nice there and I love that it’s inside the pet store because I don’t need to make another trip to buy my dog her food. My dog has a lot of anxiety and she got so comfortable with a girl name Shaylyn! She loves her. They need to stay open. I get her nail trimmed and anal glands done there almost every month, but they cancelled the plan and is now closing . So sad. I hope they consider reopening and staying open
