Ciel Animal Hospital is a wonderful and clean place with friendly staff and a veterinarian who provides thorough care and clear explanations. The hospital's compassion and awareness of owners' emotions during difficult times are noteworthy. Dr. Cho is an outstanding veterinarian known for his professionalism and honesty, making many pet owners feel at ease. Prices may be on the higher side, but most owners believe the great service, including successful surgeries and treatments, is worth it. Many have praised the hospital for going above and beyond to provide the best care for their furry friends, making it a highly recommended place for pets.
I cannot recommend Ciel Animal Hospital and Dr. Cho enough! He is an truly excellent veterinarian who genuinely cares about my dog. After every single visit, he takes the time to thoroughly explain what is going on, which makes me feel incredibly comfortable and reassured. I entirely trust his work. What I appreciate most is that he always gives us options and never forces any treatment, even taking the time to provide thoughtful, recommended alternatives. It is so rare to find a vet as trustworthy and reliable as Dr. Cho and his amazing team. I am so grateful to have found them! Almost forgot to mention how clean and sterile the vet is!
Dr Cho along with Casandra and Eduardo make up an amazing team that truly care about your furry kids. I’ve been taking my pup to Dr Cho for 4 years and he’s always been thorough and detailed. Highly recommended.
Our first time here, we moved to the area recently and need a new vet for our furry baby.
Dr Chu seems capable, friendly, thoughtful , and thorough. He treats each one of our questions seriously and addresses everything clearly. He would interactively show us on his computer, the pictures and videos of subjects/topics we are discussing.
The assistant was also friendly, courteous and thorough. The office wasn’t too busy during our visit, the parking (3 regular and 2 handicap) might be limited if there are more patients.
