Mendy drew up our permit drawings and got the permit approved with the city of San Jose. He was quick and responsive, and worked to the timeframes he promised. He was familiar with the city of San Jose and went in person to get our permit approved quickly. When we had to make alterations to the permit drawings (we discovered necessary changes as demolition and rough work proceeded), he did them very quickly and walked in again to get approval on the spot, keeping our project on time. He also gave great advice with regards to inspection appointments.“

The most recent project was a full remodel of our laundry room, kids’ bathroom, and master bathroom.
