“How I settled on Chapter Tattoo was his detailed emails. He was professional and to the point. The shop was clean with black and white walls. He took me through his workstation on how each person has a brand new needle and ink set. Once the work is completed, he discards the needles in his biohazard red bin under his workstation. All his surfaces are stainless steal, disinfected, and items wrapped in plastic are changed out with each client. He is passionate about his work, calm, and he is a people person. He made sure my tattoos had the correct symmetry on my arm. This was my very first tattoo and ended up with two. Chapter Tattoo is the best place in town.“
