Don't let appearances fool you--everyone there may look tough, but they're total teddy bears: respectful, courteous, and incredibly welcoming. I was super indecisive about my tattoo design, but Johnny was incredibly patient with me the whole way through. While I mulled things over, they even had Love, Death + Robots playing--definitely not my usual kind of show, but surprisingly entertaining and helped pass the time.
