“Jia is such an incredibly talented artist and well worth the wait/travel/cost etc. to make your way into her studio! I’ve always had pretty intense needle phobia since I was a kid, as far as needing sedation and anti-anxiety medication for even the most minor things so I NEVER thought I could be someone with any tattoos, much less sit for a whole mini portrait. After debating it for so long and admiring her other work, I came to Jia for my very first/only tattoo so far and she was so incredibly thoughtful and her space so warm and inviting! So much so that I surprised myself and accidentally fell asleep during my tattoo!! I wouldn’t recommend the nap (sorry again Jia!) but will recommend her to everyone I know. Seriously the best possible experience I could’ve asked for and my tattoo exceeded what I thought was possible to “draw” on someone - I keep staring and finding more and more detail!“

“i am obsessed and in love with my new tattoo. I called around noon and was able to get in by 4 pm. I had it done today by Todd who helped me cover up an old one. He was able to adjust the proportions and the placement turned out perfect. He is such a talented artist and was a great person to talk to :) I was pretty nervous but I truly appreciate how he made me feel comfortable and the process went smoothly. I have a really low pain tolerance so needles make me dizzy, but the way he worked with me and talked to me made me feel safe and I felt great both during and after the whole thing! It was a laid back experience and it didn’t hurt like I expected. The style of this tattoo is so new and bold for me and it turned out amazing! “I cry as I write this post, because this treatment has given me back the confidence I lost after going through breast cancer treatment (chemo). I have tried EVERY product on the market (even products recommended by my doctor) and nothing has worked.
