She has a deep innerstanding of the practice and the body/mind/spirit connection. Charmaine also plays beautiful music and ends each class with the gong during savasana. “Dr. John is a straightforward and excellent chiropractor. I had struggled with chronic pain for years and not only was the arthritis in my neck caught in time but my limp went away and I started walking with less pain and better posture after his adjustments. He’s also great at providing plans and tips for lifestyle changes to improve pain and spinal health.
