We have our husky shepherd groomed at Crossroads at least twice a month, they do a great job and their prices are reasonable. We were assigned to Alliance by our insurance company to remediate damage in our kitchen related to a leak. (PSA: hoses connecting the water source to the refrigerator need to be changed every 3 to 5 years.). Bret was assigned to our case. He was awesome and extremely understanding as we navigated the process. The team who performed the remediation was very efficient and able to preserve our kitchen counters. Thank you!!

Superb customer service. I had Dr. Yang who is a very knowledgeable dentist and she is also great at communication. Large parking lot. The whole appointment was quick and easy. They called before my appointment and asked if I could come later, which worked out with my schedule. Will go back in 6 months for my biannual checkup!

I was getting married in the afternoon and Christine did an amazing job from cutting my split ends a little, thinning my hair, curling, and just making me feel beautiful. The great thing about this lo ation is that it also has nails, waxing to hair cuts for men.
The haircut is good and Rosa is a very nice barber, but this new system of appointments only sucks. Because of this I haven't been able to get cut here for months. GO BACK TO WALK IN FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, the COVID hoax is over so let's go back to normal please!!!! Only then will I give 5 stars.

I have going to Western Barbers for at least 10 years. It was only today that I found out that Yelp rated Barber Shop's. I get a haircut every month. Mark knows how I like it done and he cuts my hair exactly how I want it done. Additionally Mark gave my grandson whos is now 12 his first haircut and everyone since. The shop is clean and has very reasonable prices.

This nail salon is conveniently located near Smart & Final, Daiso, Target, etc. I got a gel manicure with an inverted polka dot design and it turned out super cute. I came in after ruining my hair with bleach and Henry did such a good job making it even and not brassy! I left feeling so much better about my hair and felt so much prettier! Henry is also super nice and provided snacks and tea for me and my boyfriend throughout the whole time we were there. He was very funny and fun to talk to! He also gave me recommendations on how to fix my dry hair and I am so grateful not only that but he provided a treatment before working on my hair to bond it! Thank you so much!
To start off, I've occasionally gotten lash extensions here and there from different places and I'm usually not satisfied. I decided to give it another try and someone referred me here. The prices were affordable, they were very communicative, and had a lot of openings (which is perfect because I have a limited schedule). When I walked in, they immediately knew who I was from our communication and sat me right away. They play relaxing music in the background and I kid you not, I fell asleep! I came out very pleased with the experience and my new lash extensions! It was exactly how I wanted them to be and I've gone back several times after. Every technician there is knowledgeable and extremely kind. I only wish they had more stores in Orange County!

So good massage, nice location. I asked for two female therapist. She didn't ask any questions and seemed to know where my spots were but I would have liked a 90 min and they assumed I wanted a 60. Even though massage was good it could have been better, more pressure in the right areas etc. overall better. Anyway, I like it, will be back to try waxing next time. They are Lena and Jenny.

I came here a year ago to get a piece dedicated to my family. All I can say is the time and research it took to make something truly unique definitely shows. This shop also is knowledgeable in the sense that not many people know about tattoo culture originating from the Philippines and while I'm getting tattooed I learn a little more about my culture through the artists. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for something unique and meaningful.
I feel like I lucked out and found the best artist in oc here. Nigel is super chill and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The downside is that the shop is small but Nigel is worth it because he’s so talented and very professional.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Professional and fun! Very gentle touch. Pulled 3 teeth and had no pain after the numb wore off. I highly recommend this dentist! I've never looked forward to going to the dentist. But I definitely look forward to going to this one. She is making my smile pretty again.
