No complaints. The doctor is friendly and helpful and fast. We got into a car accident and were referred. Came here a couple of times a week for about 25 to 30 mins. Did help relieve pain but ultimately I had to go to specialist.

This review is for Dr.John Tran and his entire staff at Stanton Rehab!! Such an awesome Dr and the entire gangs :)!!! Where do I begin? this awesome clinic was referred to me from a very good friend, but as all wise Yelpers know that I ALWAYS perform my own due diligence to the tee ;) I had the particular fortune of being assisted by Dr. John Tran the man himself! to put it succinctly..I am very pleased with Dr. Tran and his ability to transform customer service into an art form! He prizes himself on deliver first class customer experience and honesty is THE best policy! He would always take all the time in the world to be presence with patients AND at no given time, I was made to feel rushed or shoved for his next appointments;) John's professionalism and his uncanny ability to build immediate rapport with his patients certainly made a lasting impression. Most of us would have to admit that we've had our share of mediocre service from other businesses in the past. However, some organizations are starting to "get it." They realize that in today's competitive marketplace, consumers have a greater number of choices than ever. Therefore, it's important to let those with whom you do business with know that you notice and appreciate a job well done. As a result, such a commitment to great customer service by John is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to refer ANYONE we come in contact with to Dr. John Tran for many years to come.
