The installer they worked with was very skilled. Payment was easily facilitated online by linking a bank account (can do card for a fee). My only constructive feedback is that we reached a point once the installer was on site working where it would have been easier to speak with them directly rather than talking through our Ergeon concierge. Not a huge deal, but added a little overhead.“
