“Something happened--my wife and I suddenly got old. We decided we needed wrought iron railings for the four steps of our home. We asked those we thought knowledgeable as to how much it would cost. Their guesses were $1600.00 under our best price. Because of busy schedule and later Covid, many contractors would not even return our inquiries. We contracted with one individual who never showed up, and was "too busy" in the few times he'd answer the phone. One who actually came out and gave us a solid bid was $1200.00 over what we finally paid. All of this took well over a year, but we were finally able to make a connection with Francisco at Creative Iron Arts on Clawiter Road in Hayward. He came out, and two weeks later, our railings were installed. We continue to be surprised at how functional they are, how much they have improved the appearance of our home, and could not be more pleased with how well Creative Iron Arts has dealt with us. --Gary“
