Julio did a fantastic job on the fence, which was made out of top grade redwood and which still looks great several years later. Julio worked quickly and efficiently and the job was done extremely professionally. I have had many compliments on the fence in the last couple years. In addition, Julio and I went to the lumberyard together to select the wood and he hand selected the boards that he used. Really above and beyond what one could expect and the result was a beautiful fence. I give Mendez Fencing my highest recommendation.“

“We needed to replace a retaining wall & fence, and the quotes we got from others were high. Ergeon was very reasonable, and the virtual process for estimation was convenient. The installer they worked with was very skilled. Payment was easily facilitated online by linking a bank account (can do card for a fee). My only constructive feedback is that we reached a point once the installer was on site working where it would have been easier to speak with them directly rather than talking through our Ergeon concierge. Not a huge deal, but added a little overhead.“

“From start to finish, Augustine Fence is a win!I initially emailed the company with my request for a new gate and side fence. JoAnn was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. If she didn't have an answer, she would get back to me, after talking to Jim, the owner. A date and time frame (9am - 11am) was given for an estimator to come out and see the site. Leo arrived at 9:02am and I showed him the area. He took notes and pictures and a day later I had a written estimate for the project. The estimate was very reasonable and my requests for written amendments were done within a day. A date was schedule for the demo and install.Patrick and Gabriel came by and performed the work. They were scheduled at 9am and parked at 9:04am. They were very communicative with me, asked me particular questions on lock placement and improving the old style I had. Jim himself came onsite by 10am and was seeing the project through, and offering his 40 year expertise while getting his hands dirty with his crew.The job was completed in 1 day. Patrick and Gabriel cleaned up the area, and my fence/gate look stellar. From start to finish, this project took 3 weeks, as they worked me in between jobs. (They are booked 2 months out). The cost of the job was exactly the cost of the estimate. FYI, when dealing with small business', be sure and ask on payment methods before hand. I paid by personal check to avoid the credit card processing fee of 2%-3%. The only part of the business that needs improvement are the field workers wearing Augustine Fencing clothing or hats, so they are easy to identify to existing and prospective clients.Thanks Team Augustine Fence!Service: Wood fence installation“
